Pros

Not to bad for a entry level surround sound. Crisp, clear, thumping loud, on max setting. Extremely clear sounding speakers.

After a year and a half, still working flawlessly. Customer service is great. They placate me with happy smiles and'sincere' apologies, while informing me the 'part' (remote) is still unavailable.

Excellent bass and equalizer settings. Will try a mike and guitar on it soon. Evan better than my old boston acoustics!

Not perfect but well uniform trendy design.

Cons

When you try to use volume button on the remote it changes the channel on the tv to *, everytime. No data on the usb at all. Plugged it in, nothing. Buy samsung instead.

With the tweeters maxed out and the subs turned way down, they still fall short when listening to music. They are muffled and lacking power. After a couple times using them and hearing a light buzzing, now you can't play anything on the speakers.

Horrible unreliable brand with questionable competency. Wires are terrible. Disliked almost everything about them.

Second time i have to deal with rockville products. Needed to pay shipping, then them sending them back to me unfixed is enough to never want to give them my business again. I feel this is a shady company.

Upon unboxing of the product i noticed that a top speaker was dislodged from its hole in the top of speakerbox

That being said be sure to keep the original packaging until your sure you like them

The box arrived in bad shape but thankfully the speakers were packed well and undamaged
