Unfortunately all of the straps except the top one were too big, and didn't even touch my foot.

They don't slip around, they don't feel unsteady, the soles are cushioned and, honestly, they don't even feel like you're in wedges.

Note, i find it easier to leave the back zipped and slip them on, if i zip after i put them on something in the zipper cover doesn't lay correctly.
