Pros

An xw in clarks is a xxw in rockport. It is reasonably comfortable and has a classy simple design!

They last a loooong time with regular waxing and care. The black leather uppers stay polished.

Cons

Rockport customer service is awful. Needless to say the rockports were returned. I suspect that in a few months that will change to inadequate. Recieved april 7th, officially trash july 7th.

The shoe feels like glorified cardboard. The shoestrings are terrible. This is the first pair of rockports i've purchased that are not comfortable and don't fit properly.
