Came exactly as described. Very smooth and fit perfectly. Everything is sanded down and safe for your skin. Fast shipping and great, quality product.
The great thing about the baseballs is the slightly moistened hands stick like crazy to the things! Grip certainly improved by a little chalk. Substituting these little gems on cable row/universal machines brings about a whole new workout.

Great training tool for climbers building forearm strength. Great addition to my climbing work outs. Still holding up strong after my 180lb weight and living in an occasionally 100f humid texas garage.

Didn't hold up well to weather. They are broken after 2 months of my 70 pounds son using them.

My gym has larger plastic ones that have a gritty texture those feel terrible on the fingers

Only problem is the wood is starting to show signs of weather damage its been very wethumidwarm and then cold cold cold so i suppose it makes sense

I find doing chin and pull ups on balls like these way harder on my shoulders than a fixed bar so i try not to use every day of the week or go too crazy
