Pros

It's pricy, but will last you a long time. I am sure it will last awhile. You won't be disappointed.

Since the pad hangs over my keyboard tray, i use a small spring clamp. The clamp is metal with a small rubber tip. Roccat hiro - like the mantis, has lots of friction.

The pad gives precision when needed where other pads fail. My mouse is a corsair gaming mouse that had a screw that protruded ever-so-slightly.

The detachable wrist rest is a lifesaver for me. It keeps my wrist from dragging on the pad. The only downside to this set-up is the wrist rest.

Cons

After about 45 days, now the center of my pad feels all flat while the edges still glides the mouse around. My aiming getting worse with the flat level of the mouse as the smoothness is all good.

I am overall very impressed by the product

Ive been using this mousepad along with the roccat nyth gaming mouse and i must say this is one of the best ive used so far

I thought about the razer vespula but to be honest i find the plastic very cheap and disappointing for the price their asking for it

I then decided to gamble by going with the roccat alumic

Well well worth the price of admission

Roccat is a company in hamburg germany that makes gear for the gamer

Packaging/appearance

Ive had it for a few months and it is just the same as when i first took it out of its packaging

You also dont have force it around like you do on the qck

As a lot of people says roccat products are great

I use this with my roccat kone xtd and they work perfect together as should be expected

Unlike some of the competition out there it is a distinct item and you can use it or not
