 I took a leap buying this vacuum and of course it’s the cheapest one here on Amazon. My husband would probably roll his eyes because I’m the one to find deals and have it backfire. But let me tell you! I bought this one for a few reasons. I plan on just using it on the first floor of our house which is all open- living, dining, and kitchen all connected. Mainly wooden floors with a few 8x10 area rugs. I don’t need to schedule any cleanings, for our schedule is always different. I don’t need a docking station because the little one will probably find it and play with it. I didn’t want to spend too much because I don’t have pets. I do have a one year old who likes to eat everything off the floor and sweeping/vacuuming everyday was becoming too much so I decided to take a chance. I know nothing about robot vacuums. I read a lot of reviews. This one had about 7 reviews and all of them were short but great so I was skeptical at first. A few take aways within 45 minutes of use:-it’s not too loud. Sounds like a stove fan on a 3 setting.-it does bump into the wall, chair legs, etc and it can be loud. Sometimes more than others but there is a bumper in the front of the robot to minimize and soften the bumping. When going to floor to carpet and going over vents it can be loud as well. From watching videos I feel like this is expected. This is my least favorite aspect so far.-it will go over flat toys and puzzle pieces and drag them for a bit but they will eventually come back up.-the amount of hair and dust and debris it sucks up was surprising! I keep up with the floors daily so I’m very pleased with this.-it says WIFi connection but there is no such feature on this robot.-it got stuck twice so putting this on and leaving isn’t an option.-remote allows you to find the vacuum and direct it where to go.-after an hour it beeps, shuts off, and is done.-you do need to charge it for at least 6 hours prior first use.- delivery was next day for all you impatient shoppers like myself.-the vacuum is completely random but seems to hit every area somewhat evenly. The remote will come in handy when you have a specific spot. There are modes to try as well.Not bad of a purchase so far.  Read Less
