The app is decently intuitive and allows some great map editing options. The mapping feature is very cool and does well with mats and rugs. It’s intelligents stuns me as an engineer and it keeps getting better with software updates.

While this is definitely not the cheapest robot vacuum, it's well worth the money. Not a deal breaker for me. One of my favorite parts is that this is a modular design and can easily be repaired by anybody of any skill level.

The beaters are clean as is the filter. Our foyer, laundry room, and kitchen are tile and raise slightly from the original hardwoods. It is awesome on our carpet and our hardwood floors.

Haven't used the mopping function yet. The s5-max moping function is useful for a quick but not deep cleanup. In order for the vacuum to mop you have to install the mop cloth.

Both of them are unofficial, so if you're going to try them - do it at your own risk. Shipping is too expensive. Vacuum itself is ok, but is rather slow in operation compare to the even cheaper one i already had.

Dustbin is tiny and requires daily attention, the mop function is a joke. The mopping feature is subpar. It puts out water, mops it up, but there are still marks on my tile floors.

It runs over the feathers from our duvet comforter without even blowing them away. On the first run the rubber side brush got tangled around itself and a piece of carpet. Does not clean the carpet, it treats the carpet as an obstacle for no reason.
