Pros

Being able to verify wiring before crimping eliminates crossed wires. The crimper cuts the wire very cleanly. Only flaw is that the cutter seems to wear out quickly, especially at the end.

Cons

It only pushes the first two pins down 100%. Had to go back with my old crimper and re-crimp 100 connectors. Defective tool.
