Pros

Lemon cashew and snicker doodle flavors are my favorite. It tastes good and is highly digestible. Love sunflower cinnamon rise.

Great alternative to peanut butter. Great bar for people with severe allergies and those who are vegan. I am so incredibly grateful for these bars.

This is the healthiest bar i have found. It's the best thing i've ever found to satiate me. Whether you're intolerant to pretty much everything or you're just looking for a great bar, this one is phenomenal.

Cons

These are terribly. Such a bummer. These bars are very pricey for what you get. They are too disgusting to donate.

These bars have a powdery taste, probably because of the the protein powder in them. Omg the taste and texture are awful.

The flavor and texture of the lemon cashew bar is lackluster. Not ideal for eating while doing fieldwork in the middle of the desert. I love the rise almond honey and the snicker doodle bars, but the lemon cashew are disgusting.
