I bought this item believing it was used in very good shape but it came with a bad battery and does not charge and only works if it is plugged in another rip off

It came in not working couldnt even turn it on after charging it all night and on top of it we didnt get the one in the photo the one we got looked totally different it was a cheep plastic one i read the reviews before i ordered it but i took a chance anyway big mistake
