I got it thinking it was on sale but its always this price

They won’t be to everyone’s taste however i like to be structured and led

What you need is a small set of dumbells 5kg 10kg 15kg if you are strong but seriously 5kg will be fine for the first month

It does not have the budget spent on it like the beachbody dvds but im in just as good a shape and it cost an awful lot less
