Well the trouble is that the post is installed by press fitting it

I tried putting the screw through the bottom of the adapter and pulling the post into the pcb but it only went about halfway in before the screw head started to strip

So many screws falling and screw drivers later i finally got it assembled

Also i was not thrilled by how the standoff to hold the card is designed press fit threaded standoff but it works and the hard drive wont be moved around so it shouldnt cause issues
