It is water resistant for sure unlike insta360 ones own water resistant housing

The samsung camera would get too heat and then stop working although this was not the fault of the housing

There is a little distortion near the top but in conditions where you need to shoot video and the weather or event is not safe for the camera i find this to be a great protector
