It appears that based on regular usage consistent with a 2 week trial period that a noticeable increase in the energy band is apparent

Only issue is that in the label is not specific on the percentage of the rosea and when contact swanson they were unsure but is necessary bc it can overdose someone swanson needs to obtain this information to the public
