Product is good value for money, looks sleek and takes very little space to store. Would recommend to friends and family. It has ample capacity (three or more a4) sheets at a time.

A most disappointing product from china marketed by rexel. Absolute rubbish. Sadly with these things it seems you get what you pay for.

Bought in january, it's now may and the shredder is in the bin. If you try putting 1 piece of paper in, it often won't accept it - there is resistance which makes the paper crumple up rather than feed into the blades. Useless as a shredder.

Re-assembly is not so easy due to having to position the 3 vertical metal bearing pegs inside. Even if i unplug it and carefully attempt to unclog it doesn't solve the problem. I've spend hour unpicking the bit of paper as the reverse or forward butto...  Read More
