The revitive tens pain reliever is an excellent source of pain relief. You can lengthen the life of your pads by lightly dabbing water on the pads.

No problem with the stickiness but they really dont stay in place once the machine is removed
In fact you leave them in place and cover them with the blue protective films removed during installation

This was my first time with a tens machine and i had to learn to insert the battery not hard unless your fingers are very disabled and then to pick the protector off the gel pads

For my first night i set mine on 5 which turned out to be much too strong and made the muscles in my neck tense which later gave me a migraine

If the gel pads are similar to the ones in my bra ill get about 30 uses from them but well have to see
