Pros & Cons

Pros

When i'm finished the steak just needs a good sear and its ready to go. The vacuum sealer is perfect for large batches of food that i’m processing for freezing.

These are great. I only wish these were available in wider options. And the seller also gives great customer service! Bought these after much research. Ordering 2 more soon.

Use magnets to guarantee submersion in water for both bags. Empty them of any juices, rinse then fill with soapy water and let them soak. Extract air from your plastic sealable bag.

Great alternative to plastic bags, flexible. Comes with silicone ties to hold the bags together at the top and perhaps assist with a better seal from oxygen but i sometimes find i don't even need them.

Quality

They feel like a high quality product

These cooking bags look like they’ll last for years clean up easily if you turn them insideout and use regular dish soap

The silicone bags that look like a ziploc bag seem to deform under near boiling heat poor material

The thickness of the bags also means that not all the air is pushed out the bags are just too stiff to mold perfectly around the food

Price

Ill be using these silicone bags from now on simple time saver cost effective

Two bags for the price was a good deal

They’ll pay for themselves quickly with money not spent on expensive vacuum sealer rolls

Shipping

Fast forward to now and i am quite pleased with these bags

I wrote you the other day saying i hadn’t received the sous vide bags

Packaging/appearance

I almost returned these when i got them for sous vide— i hadn’t realized that they don’t actually seal
