Pros

They fold nicely to fit into freezer and stay cold. They are easy to wipe down and are durable, they also chill quickly after use.

It works great for my knee and neck. Perfect for shoulder, neck, clavicle pain-relief. Although it's designed for the neck and shoulder area i use it for my swollen legs and feet from a recent health issues.

This fits nicely and snugly around the upper back/neck and along the shoulders. Insert through the neck hole with the each of the side pieces extending into the sleeves. It fits the pelvic region perfectly and goes around your sides a little.

Get the two-pack, not only to save a couple of bucks, but to be able to keep on switching out your ice-packs for constant relief. But also because of quality. No issues with the vendor.

Works everywhere. Works as intended. Would highly recommend this product.

Cons

The condensation is horrible with this ice pack. This neck ice pack needs a cover esp for the price you pay. The product on stay cold for about 15 mins after removing it from the freezer.
