We tried a lot of mattresses in store and would definitely call this firm as pointed out by some other reviewers

The delivery was quick but came much earlier in the day than anticipated which was awkward for us so dont expect the delivery time quoted to be accurate

I must say a big thank you to arrow xl who amazon used to deliver the mattress they where so helpful and even took the mattress upstairs for me its a heavy mattress and very deep the booklet that came with it is very useful as it tells you how to look after your mattress this mattress has a topper so will need rotating once a week for the first two to three months and once a month thereafter you do not turn it over because of the topper
