Pros
Proper tension is a must in the therapy i need to cope with frozen shoulder. Works glutes tominimize injuries. Helps me exercise and work out to prep me for surgery.
Very durable. The sturdiness is incredible. Would buy again. Durability is good.
Cons
This product is dinky and useless. It happend the very first time i use it.
The straps are very small and the product is completely unusable. The bands are flimsy and not wide enough. The straight is not as described.

The lighter weight bands seem rather fragile and these particular bands have a tendency to roll on the thighs much more than other brands ive used in the past

Maybe i was being too extra with mine or something but the heavy snapped a lot faster than i thought it would i recommend looking into
