Quality
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material
Up to this point i have been impressed with the printer
Print quality is good i had to change the defaults for the slicer as the one provided in the manual produced a horrible first print
After completing the assembly i did encounter a problem with the extruder motor not working and i contacted the customer support
Price
I have wanted a 3d printer for years and the price has always been too much
It was not the cheapest printer but is was at a price i felt comfortable with
Shipping
While their initial response was fast it took a week to get the replacement part
They were missing a few parts in the kit specifically to complete spool holder lcd assembly but they are shipping them without question
Packaging/appearance
Once you fearlessly tear into the assembled device to make it better you wont regret it
All of the packaging is just as if it were a brand new one and i cannot find any sign that this is a used printer

The instructions are clear about proper placement of the left and right panels but failed to mention the correct orientation of the frame regarding adding a digital screen

Bearings are to hard for the guide rails and will cut groves in it x axis already showing signs for mesomethings will need be to be upgraded that should be better quality at the start ie guide rods for the x axiscon not with this kit but all the megaramps based printers there is a prob with the ramps power regulator that will cause it to only run while getting power from the usb

It takes a lot of tweaking to get things right to achieve good precision which can be frustrating when youre new to 3d printing
