I noticed as i cooked that the grill temp jumped around a lot up then down then up then back down

Then i put in another probe clip and left them both in the ambient probe temp again jumped all over the place while the other stayed at one temp

The ambient temp probe went as far up as 184 degrees then again started to fluctuate drastically it would drop into the 170 range then back in the 180s then back to 160s then back up

I notified this seller of the problem with the bad ambient temp probe

They were out of stock but assured me that as soon as they had them back in stock they would replace the bad probe for me

I received the replacement 8 days later

Replaced temp probe that got damaged when the wire was caught in the oven door hinge
