Before we joined prime and payed for guaranteed delivery the product would always arrive on time because if it didnt then amazon would have to refund postage

Once we payed for prime however the guaranteed delivery fails

Because we are with amazon prime guaranteed next day delivery is included on many items but because it is included there is nothing to refund
