Very easy to use also it allows you to configure ftp so if you do not hv an nvr you can use any pc to recrd your videos yes the size of files will be larger but it gives you an alternative to buying an nvr

The key advantage on this device is that it allows more than one device to connect to it and see the camera at home while you are away from home
