However i do not do the 6 hours of intense cardio per week that the manual says is the requirement for using athlete mode

So i dont think that part is accurate and people will need to use their own judgement based on their fitness and whether the body fat is correct for them or not

With athlete mode on it says i am at 14 body fat which is far more realistic
