Gate is easy to install and comes with pads so your walls and door frames are not damaged. Easy to open and was not hard to install. It also has low impact anchors that go into the wall, 4 screws into our knockdown orange peel wall.

The extender piece comes in two sizes. My fiance and i are bigger people and the opening is just right for us. Could not be happier.

The material and design of this gate is not good. It seems pretty flimsy as well. Once gate is fastened and tightened enough to keep it in place the gap between the wall and gate is very dangerous as a baby / toddler can get stuck. Very cheaply made.

It’s clunky to open and close. The latching system is easy when it works but is also very easy to break. Pile that on top of the ridiculously noisy and cumbersome latch mechanism.
