Pros
Minor drawback. Arrived well packaged and in like new condition. Very satisfied with dell laptops.
Liked the multiple firefox and google browsers that are enhanced for more security. Much longer battery life than my previous laptop and works perfectly.
The only complaint i could possibly have is, it's heavy. But it is older so it'sheavy. Just as described.
Cons
The screen is dead after one and a half month. Power management even says to replace the battery. The keyboard was a japanese non windows 7 compatible. No camera on this laptop btw.

Updated commentsi was excited to get a laptop with windows 7 and microsoft office as that’s what works for me i was a bit disappointed to get the laptop although in good condition did not have microsoft office instead it had the apache office free version
