Pros

It is still well worth it! Seriously worth every penny. I use them all the time and it saves me a ton of aggravation. Now it works like a charm.

Line them up and bullseye, right on everytime. I have a drop hitch, and i put one ball almost horizontal up near the top of the hitch.

Cons

Reese towerpower towing accessories are very flimsy. Not for pickup trucks - useless as they do not extend tall enough to clear tailgate. Good concept but the telescopic masts are paper-thin and bend easily.

Threw away packaging - my loss. Complete poop. Yes, i guess it was my fault because i didn't handle it with kid gloves.
