The adjustable strap is easy to work with. The retractable badge holders that clip onto the lanyard hold the badge even lower, below my waist.
Other than a little wear of the printing, it's still good as new. This is definitely one of those why didn't someone invent this sooner?

The strap is very thin, and cuts into my neck unless i tuck it under a collared shirt. It also tangles easily when retracting.

The straps are fabric and dont rub or pinch the neck when an heavy set of keys are attached however they do tend to twist up upon retracting

Or like in the advertised picture longer and wear it like a sling and it would defiantly be out of the way when you have a task to do with something sitting right in front of you
