Pros

The bench is sturdy and easy to set up. It is highly adjustable in pitch and height. Because the surface has no padding, i bought a great mat to lay over it when i lay down (or even when using the more upright positions), and it's perfect.

Super strong and sturdy workbench. It isn't flimsy enough to be easily knocked out of place. It is very sturdy.

Great multi-use my wife loves it. It meets all of my needs. That's better than a manual, imo.

This is suitable for 5'10 and shorter. I'm 5'11 and it's pretty annoying that my head kind of hangs off the back, but i make it work by just laying closer to the front.

This thing is very uncomfortable and very awkward. The description is incorrect. Super uncomfortable to lay on.

I got it through an amazon deal and am pleased so far

For the price and considering i have a small studio apartment the size and adaptability of this workout bench is ideal

If assembly is offered for an extra price dont buy it
