Pros

Easy to install, identical to the originals, and arrived faster than expected. I feel they were stronger/better built than the original ones i was replacing. Very pleased with this cheap purchase.

They were super quick since i had read almost all the reviews lol i knew how to install. Easy to install just insert and push center piece to snap and lock the clip in place.

They are so easy to install and perfect fit. Perfect for my 2008 oddessey. Perfect fit for my 05 odyssey. Not as tight as oem but for the price and getting them in one day they are worth trying.

Cons

Too thin and do not snap into place in fact they do not stay in place at all they fall right out. Doesn't fit correctly. Won't engage to hold in opening.
