This product is garbage. A waist of money.
One use and all this. Got the lid no pan. But in the instruction manual it tells you several times was by hand. Beware of the supposed no questions asked lifetime replacement guarantee.

The quality of the actual copper cookware itself is excellent
Used them for sometime now with zero issues
It is a problem with the pots with two grip type handles and the lids
