I get pretty sore after workouts but i wasnt helping myself to recover as quickly because of the hassle of creating icepacks they just melt all over or leak if the bag is broken and dont catch it in time

I can actually ice and compress my arm or leg while using it instead of keeping it in a strange position so that the icebags dont fall off this would always take up time that i didnt have again cause for avoidance

For those that have a higher sensitivity to cold i would allow the sleeve to rest for five minutes coming out of the freezer before application
