The first unit i purchased would record to the sd card but in hkv format and i could not play the files back

I contacted the seller to return for a refund but they informed me that they were working on an updated model

I just received the updated model and it records to mov format to the card

Decent little security camera overall and it served its purpose well now

After a little setup i got it working with my phone

My only cons are there is no indicator light on the camera that shows if its recording and that the mic is weak at picking up audio
