Pros

The package is exquisite and of high grade. There are some problems filtering background noise but very comfortable and easy to use. Sure, the sound is a little distorted, but boy, it is there.

The earphones come with 3 different sized earphone domes. I love that the ear pieces are attached making it easier for elderly people to keep up with & no batteries to change.

When the ear insert gets close to the little mic, it squeals feedback, but that is to be expected. You have to know living with that problem, how it will elevate stress to both sides of the sound issue. He gets choked up talking about it.
