This fan is soundless at lower speeds and not too noisy at the highest speed. For me the noisier the better. If i hold it by the shroud and apply slight pressure, squeezing the two halve together it gets very quiet.
Bought this about a mont ago for my ten day road trip. It’s small but it blows a pretty good breeze. I love the versatility this fan offers!
Cons
This fan's features are terrific but its chief flaw is the charging port fails to hold the cord. Batteries quit recharging after 3 months.
After about (2) months of very moderate use something happened. Tried new batteries, but no joy. I don't ask for a refund, i just want functioning fans!

It has a button that in the rotation you can adjust the strength of the wind its power is strong and you can feel it from a distance it works for a good few hours until it runs out of battery
