Im used to making and using beeswax and i was looking forward to using this brand since it is a mixture of carnuaba paraffin beeswax amongst other things with 80 of it being mineral spirits

Lesson to be learned dont wax if you ever think you might want to paint over

If you apply to heavy it can be tricky to get a nice polish

Still skeptical i tried the annie sloan clear wax i had purchased before on one piece of my project then i tried the real milk paint carnuba wax on another she was right amazing difference it does go on easier and covers much better and it dries faster and smoother on chalk painted furniture
