The flavor is great, similar to a grape kool-aid. Consistency is a little different, it's a powder vs pruvit’s granules.

It lasts for a bit longer when your fasting or strict keto. To lose about 20-25 lbs.

Cons

It is not worth spending money to marginally raise your ketones when you’re raising your blood sugar. Perhaps this is unique to my physiology, but i would not recommend. These are over priced for doing nothing.
