Inside sleeve for laptop is a bit loose and thus not wrapping around the laptop nicely; there is no bottom support for laptop sleeve either.

Side vertical (water bottle) pocket is too small; inside lining was torn apart after serevals use.

It's very comfortable and fits my 15 inch laptop just fine, could probably fit a 17 inch if you really wanted it to.
