Rainbow light produces the best multi-vitamin in its price range. Also has a superfoods blend and a tiny bit of cfus for gut health. Boron affects the way the body handles other minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
These vitamins really help with hair and nail growth! Still * chemical vitamin smell and for me sometimes difficult to *, but, still decent. They're pretty large but not hard to *.
