Pros & Cons
Pros
Made by rainbird original location was in glendora, ca. I have 1100 square feet of grass and this impact sprinkler works extremely well. These are the first two that i've bought in about five years.
Cons
These are touted to have a 50 foot radius. They do not work with a mechanical timer, they restrict the flow to the point that the timer won’t work. The sprinkler did not have the clip that allows you to the control the radius of the spray.
The back-and-forth mechanism doesn't trigger the little pin hard enough to make it go one way or the other. Try a closed case rotor instead with screw adjustment for operating arc. This only rotates for 1-2 minutes before it gets stuck in one place.
While it's still a quality casting, the assembly of the product and lack of quality control, says this is not the company the made the dependable products i used for years. Don't waste your money.
