Pros

Simple, clean lines, slightly wavy clear glass. I love the look & the way they work. Absolutely love the simplicity and beauty of this little soap dispenser.

In the long run this is a very frugal option. It is great that rail19 uses recycled materials. Very well packaged, too.

Small soap dispenser with a nice small footprint. It matches my aged brass faucet very well. Shiny chrome to match all the other fixtures.

The pump works very nicely and so far (one day of use) no issues. It even seems to provide more suds per pump.

Cons

I cannot in good conscience promote or rate highly a product that simply does not have the longevity it should have. The replacement pump costs $15. Our counter top is very small, and it sits right next to the faucet.

Liquid soap no longer foams, and it leaks from the spout when just sitting there. Now it pumps out more liquid than foam. It doesn't even work as nicely as a non-foaming soap dispenser.
