Pros
For size my granddaughter is 14 months old. Purchased for 22 month old grandaughter. My 1 year old grandson loves it. I babysit for my nephew and wanted some toys for him.
The scooter is lightweight and easy to push around. It's not prone to tipping even when very young or special needs children are using it. I see him outgrowing it quickly.
Only 2 screws are needed to attach part of the handlebar assembly. Most pieces just snap together, but the handlebars require a screwdriver.
The quality is very good although i’d like the plastic to be a bit heavier. I like it a lot and consider this an outstanding value. Really cute. Super sturdy. Super light but sturdy.
It rides on hardwood floors and 2” carpet! Scoots around the house on tile, carpet. Only problem plastic fades and decays in the bright colorado sunlight.
Cons
Inside of the wheels is not smooth and pinches her toes when she tries to ride. My grandson runs over his feet going backwards. The front axle is too wide which prevents my little tyke to propel himself forward.

While i cannot comment on if it is easy to assemble as its still in the box or if all parts are there i can say i took everything out of the box and it is all quality

Otherwise it is a good sturdy product even the 6 year old uses it but a bit to0 easy for an established walker or toddler past 18 months
