Unfortunately a couple of pieces were missing.

They didn't read the part of the manual that said that the j-hooks along the rail must be tightened by hand only.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Of course, they used their machine, and that tightened them so much that the bottom rails were at an angle, forcing the j-hooks to bear the brunt of the load.

I could see this was highly unsafe, because the j-hooks were only meant to keep the rails in place; they are not strong enough to bear any load.

Now, the weight of the load can be born by the bottom rails and the eye screws.

My biggest fear for any product like this is the whole load crashing down because the cable broke or the gears strip.

I ended up zip tying some rabbit wire around it to ensure nothing could fall off.

The problem is, there is nothing to secure it there so the moment you let it go the cables pull it out of its slot, rendering it useless.
