Cons so far minor as noted by some other reviewers all of these skilletspans have smooth bottom surfaces and slide a bit when stirring if not held

I made marinated green goddess chicken in the pan and the meat was cooked faster nothing stuck to the pan and cleanup was nothing more then hot soapy water and a dish cloth

Previous pan i had was aluminum and of course could not use on medium high heat as it warped
