There are a lot of dishes that use ingredients like salsa, tacos, and cilantro - definitely not favorites in this house. Isn't this the kind of food served in diners?

This cookbook is awful. There is no index and most of the recipes are just repeated with one or two ingredients changed. The ingredient list for nearly every recipe is so long, it takes you 30 minutes to read the recipe.

It’s now in the recycling bin. Not so much. Not worth it. Shame on you.

The author uses high fat ingredients, such as vinegar, in her recipes.

I think this is a bit of a travesty, actually, since on the cover of this book is written rachel ray's best five-alarm chili book. I watch the tv shows and thought these books would be great but was truely dissappointed. This book is worthless.
