Pros

The included crisper is a great perk for french fries and cleans up easily in the dishwasher. It looks as though its of the same quality as the last one except for a ding in one of the corners. Plus easy to clean.

The silicone handles are touchable when removing from the oven, you just have to be careful when grabbing underneath! No more scraping our meatloaf out of a pan. The silicone grips, they help prevent oven mitts from warming up too fast.

Cooks up chicken in the oven as crispy as a bbq. Works wonders when cooking frozen things like breaded shrimp and chicken nuggets. For us, this matches what the other rachel ray sheet pans look and feel like.

Cons

After about 7 uses the coating is coming off the inside bottom. Who designs a baking sheet that can't withstand standard oven heat? It does not crisp well and the top sheet is not easy to pull out.

The only issue is that i have a small dropin stove and with the handles it barely fits inside the oven
