Pros

I also like eos granite pans too. The color they call blue is actually teal with metallic flecks, which is very attractive.

The use of oils, butter, and/or cooking sprays are optional. Even when cooking food that normally sticks to the bottom of most pans.

The curved sides makes tossing/flipping food easy peasy. It's not super heavy, making it easy to use and clean.

Cons

The skillet was scratched by a plastic spatula on the first use. It is unacceptable for these to have scratched and rusted. The rim or top edge of the large skillet has a warped or dented.

The second pan i received is not level and the juices/oil go to one side of the pan. I have to turn it sideways if i want to use the back burner. The bottom surface didnt stay flat after using for a short while, so it takes forever to heat up and real... Read More
