This anti- racoon product really works. It lasted around six months, worked great. I have the automated pick ups yes this works with these types of cans.

Ill post an update if raccoons do indeed circumvent the straps but am deducting a few stars simply for the fact that they do not keep the lid fully tight

In the dark they have a problem at times removing the cover completely due to the two clips

I had to use both straps to create a crosstype system because with one strap the raccoon was still lifting up the corners to get into the garbage
