A few minor issues the speaker arrives discharged and wont work properly until charged but the manual doesnt mention this as a result you are left wondering if its defective

The speaker wont complete initial pairing with your phone while its being charged

Also if you like not having a case on your iphone the slope on the charging pad will be problematic as the phone will slide off

My only complaint is that the wireless charger should have 3 coils instead of 1 because sometimes it gets tricky to place the phone in the right spot for it to charge

There is an additional usb dock on the device that conveniently allows me to charge my tablet at the same time my phone is wirelessly charging
